Product Description:

This product is a wax slurry with good fluidity developed for water-based systems, which has superior wear resistance and can significantly improve the surface wear resistance, adhesion resistance and other effects of carriers such as ink and varnish. It can also be used for the release process of paper, film, aluminum foil and other products.

三、Performance Characteristics

1. Using hard high-density polyethylene wax as raw material and unique emulsification equipment and process. The finished product presents a uniform spherical distribution under electron microscopy.

2. The slurry has good stability and is easily dispersed.

3. This wax slurry has superior anti-wear performance and has little effect on the gloss of the system, and can be widely used in various water-based inks and water-based varnish products.

四、Precautions

1. Store in a sealed and cool place at a temperature of 5-30 ℃.

2. The original packaging has a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up within a short period of time.

3. To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake well before use. After storing for a period of time, occasional layering may occur, but it is easy to mix evenly after stirring and does not affect use.
